Exterior-
- Go around the perimeter of your home, remove yard clutter.
- Trim grass, trees and hedges. Trim back trees and plants that block windows.
- Clear and straighten items on patios and decks .
- Wash steps, windows, railings, doors, etc.
- Check condition of exterior paint. Especially front door and trim.
- Remove unnecessary clutter from garages.

Interior-
· Keep your home clean and remove any unnecessary furniture throughout the house. Rent a storage unit if necessary.
